What are Three Key Factors that Families Should Look for in Home Care or a Senior Living Community?

I feel so grateful for many of my years being a Memory Care Director in operations and trying to go out of the box with the kind of people we would bring on to the team. We got the gift of learning about some behavioral attributes that were some evidence-based flexibility, agility, and creativity so you could have an amazing CNA. You could have a great activity person, a nurse, OTPT, but they could be amazing but maybe not suited you know if there’s someone who’s more regimented. They may, you know, not really thrive in this setting being able to roll with it, have fun, sense of humor so (of course we never laugh at someone) but laughing together in camaraderie. Using a good joke or banter can turn things around, so those are really I think some of the attributes you need to look for.
