Assisted Living and Residential Care Facilities: Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 411-054-0070 outlines the following requirements:
- Pre-Service Training: All direct care staff must complete an approved pre-service dementia care training before providing care to residents.

Memory Care Communities: For staff in memory care communities licensed as residential care or assisted living facilities, OAR 411-057-0155 specifies:

Nursing Facilities: Staff working in memory care communities licensed as nursing facilities are subject to the following under OAR 411-057-0155:
